Italian night was a roaring success! We are thinking of having another themed night very soon. Maybe Greek or Indian. Everything was so delicious and everyone had fun cooking. Here are a couple of the dishes;
This is Bron's penne e fungi con prociuetto. The sauce was gorgeous, made with Parmesan cheese melted and reduced in chicken stock. This is something I will definitely be making.
