Jam

Just quickly, I did get to make the plum jam tonight, did it while finishing cooking dinner. I just fished the pips out at the end of cooking time with a slotted spoon.

It made 9 jars and the house smells lickable!!!

I am happy to get the chance to bottle something, it is so relaxing!

Also - go Mum who didnt throw out the soft pears but made something with them! Go Joanie!!
