Isn't it lovely? We have already made a cake with it and made some pizza dough - using the dough hook. The dough was excellent, much better than we could do in the same amount of time.
I have the next week off work as I am having my wisdom teeth out and I am hoping that I am not so sore that I can't use this baby everyday! I am really looking forward to using it for my bread kneading as I am pretty crap at it. I love that this weekend is three days long due to NSW observance of the Queen's birthday, even though we do this a month late!

I am so happy with it, I have been wanting one for a couple of years now. It kneaded tha bread dough so much better than me.
